EstimAI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered object identification and valuation services. The App allows users to:

• Take photos or upload images of objects for valuation
• Receive estimated monetary values and object information
• Manage a personal collection of valued items
• Access premium features through paid subscriptions

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Account Creation

• Some features require account creation through Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Subscriptions

• Premium features are available through paid subscriptions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Pricing and billing terms are displayed before purchase
• Cancellation must be done through the App Store
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial valuation and collection management purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal activities or to value stolen property
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Circumvent subscription or usage limitations
• Use the App for commercial appraisal services without explicit permission
• Share account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos and images you upload
• You grant us a license to process your content for valuation services
• You represent that you have rights to all content you submit

5.2 Our Content

• The App, AI algorithms, and valuation data are our intellectual property
• Valuation results are estimates and not certified appraisals
• You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content

8. Termination

10. Apple App Store Terms

For users who download the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or support
• Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary
• If these Terms conflict with Apple's terms, Apple's terms prevail
